Article 1 (Application) / 第1条（適用）

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Website operator regarding the use of the Service.

In addition to these Terms, the operator may establish various rules or individual provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"). These Individual Provisions shall constitute part of these Terms.

本規約は、ユーザーと本サイトの運営者との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

本規約のほか、本サービスに関し、別途、個別の規定（以下「個別規定」といいます。）を定めることがあります。これら個別規定はその名称のいかんに関わらず、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。

Article 2 (Prohibited Matters) / 第2条（禁止事項）

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Acts related to criminal activities.
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the servers or networks of this Service.
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of this Service.
• Unauthorized collection or accumulation of personal information of other Users.
• Impersonating another User.
• Providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces in relation to this Service.
• Other acts that the operator deems inappropriate.

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 犯罪行為に関連する行為
• 本サービスのサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
• 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
• 他のユーザーに成りすます行為
• 本サービスに関連して、反社会的勢力に対して直接または間接に利益を供与する行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

Article 3 (Suspension of the Service) / 第3条（本サービスの提供の停止等）

The operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if any of the following reasons exist:

• When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system for this Service.
• When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
• When computers or communication lines stop due to an accident.
• In any other case where the operator deems it difficult to provide the Service.

運営者は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

• 本サービスにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
• 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
• コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
• その他、運営者が本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合

Article 4 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability) / 第4条（保証の否認および免責事項）

The operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service is free from defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, as well as errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

The operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of the Service.

運営者は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証するものではありません。

運営者は、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。

Article 5 (Changes to Terms of Service) / 第5条（利用規約の変更）

The operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notifying the User if deemed necessary. If the User uses the Service after a change to these Terms, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。なお、本規約の変更後、本サービスの利用を開始した場合には、当該ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) / 第6条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator's head office shall have exclusive primary jurisdiction.

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、運営者の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
